Come join us virtually in our Citizenship Drive where we will help you apply for U.S. Citizenship!
Time: 10:00 am EST - 2:00 pm EST
Compared to being a permanent resident, becoming a U.S. citizen offers several benefits:
-There is no need to renew your green card
-The risk of removal (deportation) is reduced
-Traveling and reentering the United States becomes easier
-There is no loss of status after long trips outside the United States
-You can petition for more family members to immigrate -Your children who have green cards can become U.S. citizens
-You can vote and run for public office
-You can obtain government jobs, grants, and other benefits
-There are tax and estate planning benefits
