By completing this form, you give us permission to contact you by phone or email in regard to the citizenship clinic you have registered for.

By clicking here, you acknowledge the following: The citizenship clinic you are participating in is being overseen by the Florida Immigrant Coalition, with the help of volunteer attorneys, volunteer interpreters, and other legal professionals. The limited legal assistance you will receive during this clinic may consist of: preparing Form N400 (naturalization application), and/or preparing Form I-912 (fee waiver request). The volunteer(s) you meet with may be a lawyer, but they are not your lawyer, and they are not representing you in any other capacity beyond assisting with the preparation of the aforementioned forms. Although you will be receiving assistance from an attorney to prepare your immigration application(s), you will be filing the application(s) on your own and representing yourself before USCIS (“pro se”). The volunteer(s) you meet with are not representing you in any other capacity. The support you receive through this clinic will end once you receive your completed applications. The relationship between you and the volunteer(s) automatically ends at the completion of your meeting with the volunteer(s).  There is no cost to participate in this clinic. All conversations between you and the volunteer(s) are protected by the attorney-client privilege to the extent permitted by law. You agree to release the Florida Immigrant Coalition from liability for inaccuracies or omissions that may occur during your interactions with the Natuiralization Project. No particular outcome is guaranteed based upon any information or advice you may receive through this project.  We may decline to advise you if we identify a conflict of interest, or if your legal problems are too complicated and beyond the scope of this project.
