Stop The Dismantling of the Department of Education

Education Should Be Accessible For All!

The Future of Sex Education (FoSE) calls on lawmakers, educators, and advocates to take a stand against the Trump administration's assault on public education. The push to dismantle the Department of Education (DOE), erase LGBTQ+ identities, and defund essential programs for inclusive sex education and anti-bullying protections threatens the safety and rights of millions of students, particularly those of color, LGBTQ+ youth, and children living in poverty.

The EndDEI.Ed.Gov portal, backed by the extremist hate group Moms for Liberty, is yet another tool to police marginalized students and dismantle diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts. Despite most parents supporting inclusive education, the administration's radical “parental rights” agenda continues to strip away protections and allow unchecked discrimination. We cannot allow this attack on students to go unchallenged. Now is the time to fight back—demand accountability from lawmakers, mobilize in your communities, and advocate for policies that ensure every student has access to a safe, affirming, and comprehensive education. Our children's futures depend on it.
