As Richmond City employees in this fight together, we are organizing our union to win better pay and benefits, job security, and clear opportunities for growth to improve our lives and the services we provide for our community. But our union is only as strong as we make it. We need everyone to step up so we can secure the strongest contract possible. To help us do that, we are looking for people interested in the following roles:

(1) Contract Action Team (CAT) -- Make sure co-workers are informed and engaged during the contract process. This includes updates and information on proposals, responses from management, and action opportunities for members. You will ensure a seamless flow of information from members to the bargaining committee and vice versa. 

(2) Worksite leader -- Ensure information is shared among members at a work site, and gather feedback from members about the process.

(3) Spokesperson -- Share your story with your co-workers about why you want a union contract and encourage others to get involved in their union.
