Dayenu has been working with a broad coalition to urge Governor Hochul to move forward a Cap-Trade-and-Invest program. This program will set a strict pollution cap; and state lawmakers must direct those earnings to the communities that have suffered the most from poverty, pollution, and the burning of dirty fossil fuels. Aleinu – it's on us to ensures our state leaders fund climate justice for all New Yorkers this year!
