Sign up to volunteer with Stewardship Utah and Mark Miller Subaru

On Tuesday, April 22nd from 5:00 - 7:00 pm, Stewardship Utah and Mark Miller Subaru are partnering to clean up the shores of our Great Salt Lake. Last year, we removed over 1,300 lbs of trash and helped preserve and protect the delicate ecosystems surrounding the lake. Join us to learn about what makes the lake special while meeting like-minded members of our communities. We will also hear and learn from some local experts about the lake, why it needs help, and what individuals can do to protect it.

We ask that you consider a $10 donation to help fund our efforts to protect these special places. Mark Miller Subaru has committed to matching each donation to Stewardship Utah, up to $2000! That means up to $4,000 will go directly to working with policymakers and enacting protections for the land, air, and water in Utah.

You will be directed to our donation page once you RSVP

We will meet along the 1-80 Frontage road, just west of Lee Creek Natural Area. The exact meeting area is here. We will begin the cleanup shortly after 5.

Our partners at Mark Miller will provide water, food, and some gear for the cleanup, including bags and trash pickers. Please feel free to bring your own gloves, trash pickers, etc.
