Do you work at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and want to connect with others dedicated to providing full spectrum reproductive health care, including abortion and gender affirming care, at FQHCs?

FQHCs have become one of the strongest safety nets in the U.S. healthcare system. Despite the requirement for FQHCs to provide comprehensive services, there are funding restrictions on abortion provision, misunderstandings about early pregnancy loss care, and increasing fear about potential new restrictions on gender affirming care, which many FQHCs are already providing. Misinformation and lack of official guidance often create challenges for organizations to set up the administrative and financial systems to provide care outside of their federal funding. 

We invite you to join our FQHC cluster, a virtual gathering space of individuals and health centers who share the common interest in and goal of providing the full scope of reproductive health services, including abortion and gender affirming care, at FQHCs. This will be a place for:

• Community building
• Peer learning and sharing
• Awareness and education
• Collaboration and innovation

We will provide:

• A confidential, trustworthy, and resource-rich space for those working at FQHCs to connect about challenges, barriers, and solutions to providing comprehensive reproductive health care, including abortion at their health centers. 
• Education and resources on how to compliantly provide abortion and other reproductive health care at FQHCs.
