How experienced are you with digital ads that successfully engage and retain your audience? (1 = no experience at all and 4 = tons of experience)

1: I have never run ads. 2: I have run a few ads but don’t know much about the craft. 3: I have platform-specific experience running digital ads. 4: I am an expert at crafting and sending emails to engage and retain my base.
