Title X has been flat-funded at $286.5 million for the past eight years as the need for services and costs of providing care have increased. Title-X funded health centers are in dire need of resources to deliver high quality sexual and reproductive care to their communities, especially to people who face systemic and structural barriers to accessible and equitable health care. We need to make sure our Title X network remains strong. It's past time that we protect and invest in the family planning safety net to improve the impact and efficacy of this critical program.
