Increase Funding for the Clean Water Infrastructure Act in the Budget!

Dear [elected official],

I respectfully urge you to provide at least $600 million for the Clean Water Infrastructure Act in the 2025-26 SFY budget. While this program has been successful in protecting water from its source to the tap, much more work is needed to protect clean water in my community and throughout New York State. The EPA now estimates that New York needs about $90 billion to upgrade drinking water and wastewater infrastructure.
