Your UFCW 3000 Bargaining Team has heard on countless occasions that improving our health insurance benefits is one of our highest priorities in this round of negotiations. Unfortuntely, MultiCare doesn't seem to understand how important this is to us. At our bargaining session on Friday, March 1, MultiCare rejected all of our initial proposals to improve benefits and failed to offer any counter proposals.
