The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the shape of substance use treatment and recovery in New Hampshire. Meanwhile, the ongoing Texas V. United States lawsuit is threatening to overturn the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and eliminate health insurance for thousands of Granite Staters battling substance use disorder.
During the roundtable, substance use treatment and recovery providers shared how COVID-19 has impacted their services, and Rep. Kuster addressed how Medicaid Expansion is helping to bridge the gap in this time of need.
