As we reflect on the past year, we are immensely grateful for the unwavering support that has enabled the Young Latino Network (YLN) to continue advancing our mission of empowering the Latine community through leadership development and civic engagement. Your generosity has been instrumental in sustaining our programs and providing valuable opportunities for our community members.

In 2024, we reached significant milestones, including awarding 24 Growth Scholarships totaling $18,900 for professional development and mobilizing 77 volunteers who collectively contributed more than 493 hours to serving our community.

Through our Somos Cuyahoga campaign, we worked to empower the Latine community in Cuyahoga County by identifying and developing new leaders, increasing voter turnout, and fostering civic engagement—particularly among low-propensity Latine voters. Despite being a young and growing organization, YLN's ability to mobilize and connect with voters through canvassing, phone banking, and crowd canvassing was a monumental achievement, showcasing our capacity to engage at a level typically seen in much larger organizations.

With over 15,000 voter contacts, nearly 3,000 conversations, and 1,580 new contacts added to our database, Somos Cuyahoga was more than just a campaign—it was a foundational step in strengthening our infrastructure to engage voters and empower the Latine community. This initiative is just the beginning, as we continue building upon this momentum and solidifying our role as a critical player in Latine civic engagement.
