Fresh off earning their 4th World Championship, the U.S. Women's National Soccer Team Players are turning their attention back to a fight at home: The fight for equal pay. 

TIME'S UP has joined forces with the US Women's National Team Players Association to raise money so that the players, and every woman – in and on every field – are paid their worth.

That's because this fight is about so much more than a paycheck. It's about rooting out discrimination that holds women back, particularly women of color. It's about women being given the respect and dignity they deserve at work – whether that's on a soccer field, in a restaurant kitchen, or in a male-dominated board room.
