One Fair Wage Action is fighting to raise wages for 3.5 million workers in 2024! 

With recent victories in Washington, DC and Chicago, in a movement that engages hundreds of thousands of workers across the country, at a time when workers are no longer willing to work for poverty wages and are walking off the job in droves, we are in a historic moment of opportunity. 

With your help, in 2024 we can activate  350,000 new voters in battleground states to "vote themselves a raise", winning higher minimum wages and eliminating the subminimum wage for workers in 4 states.

Our multi-year plan is to organize workers and their allies across the country to raise wages in 25 states by 2026 through the ballot box and policy reform.
