The governor has issued a statewide moratorium on evictions of residential tenants for non-payment until April 17.  Landlords can't give a non-payment notice (14 day notice) or a 20 day no-cause notice (except if the eviction is "necessary to ensure the health and safety of the tenant or other individuals"). Landlords can't start any legal proceedings for those notices during this time. Law enforcement can't carry out an eviction for evictions related to non-payment of rent.
