Friday, March 20, 2020
•    Travel to Strawberry Plains
•    Register and pick up materials
•    Dinner at 7pm with David Ringer, Chief Network Officer
•    Night Sky viewing with local astronomer (weather permitting)
 
Saturday, March 21, 2020
•    8am - 10:30am: Birding by Wagon
•    10:45am - 12:30pm: Chapter Updates 
(Three minute updates from each chapter present, so folks can hear what everyone else is working on and then connect with others throughout the weekend.)
•    12:30pm - 1:30pm: Lunch
•    1:30pm - 2:45pm: Discussion of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion
•    2:45pm – 3 pm: Break
•    3:00pm - 4:15pm: Strategic Priorities
(Updates on the work on the solar campaign in Arkansas, the fight to expand renewable energy in New Orleans, and others)
•    4:15pm - 5:30pm: Discussion of Campus Program
•    5:30pm - 6:30pm: Break
•    6:30pm - 8:30pm Dinner and Keynote Speaker – Professor Dwayne Estes regarding Southeast Grasslands
 
Sunday, March 22, 2020
•    6:15am: Bird Banding (optional) 
•    8am - 9am: Coffee and Poster Session (includes time to speak with Audubon scientists)
•    9am - 11am: Discussion of Plants for Birds Legislation
•    11am - 11:30am: Wrap up and Speeches from State Executive Directors
•    Farewells and drive home
