Space Coast End-of-Life Planning Workshop Community Event September 8, 2019 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM ET Cocoa Beach Public Library, 550 N Brevard Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931 Attendees will receive personal help filling out planning worksheets and learn how to use a host of web-based tools to: set qualify-of-life priorities, build doctor-patient relationships of candor and trust, make the most of doctor visits, strengthen advance directives with addenda covering dementia, ensure a chosen senior living facility will allow the resident to age and die in place, and more. This workshop will go beyond traditional advance directives and durable powers of attorney.
