Hawaii Clinical Webinar #7: Let’s Talk Details: a Deep Dive with Medical Aid-in-Dying Navigators Webinar October 27, 2021 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM HT Online This session will focus on case examples from experienced Hawaii nurse and social Worker navigators, who will share key learnings, challenges, and best practices from nearly 3 years of practice under the law. Learn about the navigator’s role in supporting both patient and providers in the medical aid-in-dying process, including partnering with hospice, being non-judgmental, providing education, coordination, and resources, and being present at the patient’s death if requested.
