This free event offers moms and caregivers a chance to "pause" and heal from climate anxiety through calming sound healing and guided meditation sessions. Enjoy complimentary manicures by "Dear Sundays" with non-toxic, vegan polish, and first-come, first-serve massages. Small bites will be provided throughout the day, creating a serene space to relax, recharge, and connect with a like-minded community.
