Our theme for this year's Youth Advocacy Summit is "Seeds of Change", to represent both the beauty and the unique challenges of coming from diverse backgrounds. The seeds our parents have planted grow into emerging leaders, aspiring advocates, inspired organizers that break cycles and use generational wisdom to build a better future. Past youth summit participants have gone on to testify at City Council, lead voter engagement campaigns at their school, speak at press conferences at the Texas Capitol, and represent their community in a variety of actions through participation in the school year program.
