St Charles County Welcome Meeting May 20, 2025 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM CT Economic Development Center, 5988 Mid Rivers Mall Dr, Saint Peters, MO 63304 WE WON! During this last General Election we won Prop A and Amendment 3. This has given Missourians a raise, earned paid sick time, and freedom over our bodies! In St. Charles County many people were part of this incredible win! However, now we fight to protect what we have won and build on to our wins. We are inviting you to our St. Charles Welcome Meeting to get into community with each other and talk about moving forward on our fight. We will also provide information on who Missouri Jobs with Justice is, what we do, and how we do it. These meetings are designed to bring like minded-individuals with a passion for building solidarity into a shared space to discuss the ways we would like to build power and organize in our region.

2025 Springfield-Ozarks Mindfulness for Justice May 21, 2025 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM CT National Ave Christian Church, 1515 S National Ave, Springfield, MO 65804 Mindfulness of Justice is back in 2025! Join us for a fundraiser to raise money for our Voter Action fund. This year, we are offering a yoga and meditation class, join us for a happy hour and food! We are fighting on multiple fronts right now - in the MO legislature, in court defending Prop A, and proactively educating workers in a Protect Your Pay campaign. With all of this in motion, it’s that much more important that we come together for Mindfulness for Justice AND that we raise funds that can be used for lobbying from our base. We will have childcare and other kids' activities available. Just let us know that you’ll need it, so we know how many to expect. Bring your yoga mat if you have one. The church has a limited number of yoga mats available if you don’t have one. Recommended Entry Fee: $15 to support raising the minimum wage to $15 passed by Proposition A in November 2024.
