On August 26, 2021, the Senate Committee on Appropriations voted 5-2 to pass out of committee AB 1422, our Patients' Right to Know bill. Next, it heads to the full Senate for a floor vote, the last stop in the legislature before the bill reaches the Governor's desk. AB1422 cleared the California State Assembly on June 1st, 2021.
