Immigration 101 Workshop April 18, 2021 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM ET Hoang Lam and Rick Su will provide a basic overview of immigration policies, legal history, and current events impacting Asian immigration. This is event is 18+. Hoang Lam, JD is a member of the NCSU Student Legal Services team since February of 2015. Rick Su is a professor of Law at UNC Chapel Hill.

Pathways to Immigration Workshop April 25, 2021 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM ET “Pathways to Immigration”, presented by Allison Chan and Rashmi Shah, will explore the varying routes people take to get to the US, and will provide some basic information about visas, green cards, refugee status, and more. This is an 18+ event. Allison Chan is Managing Attorney and an immigration attorney at Margaret W. Wong & Associates, LLC. Rashmi Shah is a Partner at Bashyam Shah Immigration Law Group.

Heritage: A Storytelling Session April 28, 2021 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM ET “Heritage: A Storytelling Session'' is an interactive event about creatively and effectively preserving our stories. In a fast-paced world where our narratives are often made invisible, discovering ways to uplift our stories and voices is more important than ever!
