How to talk to your coworkers about forming a Union 

1. Approach your coworkers anywhere you are comfortable having this conversation! (The parking lot, nurse’s station, break room).
2. Tell your coworkers what you think needs to be improved at the facility.
3. Ask them what they think needs to be improved!
4. Tell them people are coming together to do something about these problems by forming a union and ask them to sign the union card.
