• Providing real break relief
  • Increasing tuition reimbursement ($6k for FT, $4k for PT)
  • Three additional holidays (Indigenous Peoples Day, Juneteenth, Veterans Day)

Management’s bargaining team said “no” to:

  • Reporting adverse events
  • Committing to a deadline for ensuring medical equipment compatibility
  • Providing a timeline for addressing HVAC or mold issues
  • Notifying the Union when employees are exposed to aerosol transmissible disease
  • Providing specialty pay for specialty equipment that is necessary for patient survival

We take patient safety seriously. We won't take management's "no" for an answer!

Changing the call-off process so that staff Nurses would be called off before some outside travelers.

Proposed changes like this — that would diminish working conditions for union members — are part of the reason why we need to all stay engaged and united in the bargaining process!
