Join us in fighting to end arbitrary restrictions on abortion throughout pregnancy, to protect the digital privacy of abortion seekers and providers, ensure that the full spectrum of pregnancy care is affordable for parents and individuals, and more. Today, we need you to email your state legislators and urge them to support our bold 2025-26 legislative agenda:

• Prioritizing Patient Access to Care Act (HD.2651, SD.1742) expands access to abortion care later in pregnancy, allowing patients to make informed decisions about their health care, without government interference.
• Location Shield Act (HD.2965, SD.501) bans the sale and trade of cellphone location information, to prevent hostile actors seeking to weaponize this information to criminalize abortion seekers, helpers and providers.
• Full Spectrum Pregnancy Care (HD.1456, SD.1199) requires health insurance plans to cover all pregnancy-related care without copays or deductibles. 

We would not be where we are today – having secured record-breaking funding for abortion access and strong shield protections for providers, patients, and helpers – without the support of advocates like you. Now, as we contend with looming federal threats to reproductive health care and more states criminalizing abortion care, it's more important than ever for Massachusetts to address remaining barriers to care in our state.
