The CAT supports the elected bargaining team and helps run the contract campaign by building power in our workplaces, communicating key information and updates about negotiations to colleagues and allies, conducting research, strengthening relationships with our community supporters, and rallying fellow union members to action. Please note, the time commitment to the CAT will be approximately 2-3 hours a week.
