Keep the Memory of the Holocaust Alive in Macedonia

Donate Now and Make a Difference!

The Holocaust Fund of Macedonia works tirelessly to preserve the history and culture of the Macedonian Jews and keep the memory of the Holocaust in Macedonia. The Fund launched a permanent exhibition at the Holocaust Museum of Macedonia to commemorate the deportation of 7,144 Jews, which represents 98% of the Macedonian Jewish community at that time, to the killing center Treblinka. Your contributions help the Museum to stay a guardian of the human rights in the region and to embolden visitors to reflect upon the memories from the Holocaust in combating modern-day antisemitism, nationalism, xenophobia, and any form of discrimination.

The Holocaust Fund of Macedonia welcomes donations from individuals, families, and companies/organizations. The Holocaust Fund of Macedonia is partnered with the United Macedonian Diaspora (UMD) in receiving charitable donations. UMD is a U.S. not-for-profit organization recognized as tax-exempt under the Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3). Donations to UMD are tax-exempt to the extent permitted by law.

Donors of $1,000 or more are honored with a permanent engraving of their names on the Founder's Wall at the Museum's entrance.

If you are interested in permanently naming one of the 21 museum sections in honor or in memory of someone, please contact goran.sadikarijo@holocaustfund.org.mk
