Purpose: Women Rise up is a conference for Healing. Black Power Rising Members will have an opportunity to receive mental and spiritual healing to refresh our mindset and ground us in selfcare as we continue in the fight for Justice. A bonding experience and an opportunity to receive coping techniques to further assist us as we are constantly overwhelmed in heavy emotional day to day crisis in our country. I will invite members from our wellness chair to attend to share these coping mechanism with other wellness board members.
