Hundreds of your fellow Richmond City employees responded to our initial bargaining survey. After reviewing the results, certain issues stood out. Things like healthcare, paid leave (sick and vacation time), and better work/life balance are key priorities. It seems like everyone is on the same page and the issues to fight for at the table are clear.
