Protect Access and Autonomy for Georgia's Youth. NO on Senate Bill 351

The First Amendment protects the vast majority of online content that age verification methods seek to restrict minors from. Young people have the right to access information, and they have the right to express themselves on digital platforms. Georgia's General Assembly has successfully passed censorship legislation that restricts young people's access to information in classrooms and libraries. SB 351 expands that censorship to the digital space.

'NO' on Senate Bill 351.
