End Puppy Mill Sales in Michigan!

Help us end puppy mill sales in Michigan stores!

State Representative Penelope Tsernoglou introduced House Bill 4838, which would phase out the sale of dogs, cats and rabbits in pet stores. This bill would put an end to the puppy-mill-to-petstore pipeline and drive the pet market in Michigan toward more humane sources, like shelters, rescues and responsible breeders. Michigan stores import over 4,000 puppies annually and you can see which breeding facilities they source from here

Contact your State Representative today and politely urge them to support this bill. You can read the language in full here and if you would rather contact your Representative directly, you can find that information here
