Corporate greed kills. Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Missouri President Stephanie Vojicic is lining her pockets at the expense of mid-Missourians' health.

Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and MU Healthcare's contract expired on April 1st, 2025. This harmed access to quality healthcare for over ninety thousand patients in the central Missouri region. 

Elevance Health, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield's parent company, made nearly $6 billion in profit last year. Apparently, that's not enough. Anthem's hard bargaining has real consequences. 90,000+ patients have lost access to MU Healthcare as a result of Vojicic's hard bargaining. Anthem's greed is forcing these working families to seek specialized care in Kansas City or St. Louis and force them to travel just to get access to the care they need.

Fill out the petition below to send a letter to Anthem telling them to stop playing games with our lives and to get an agreement with MU Healthcare. We also recommend getting in touch with your benefit managers (likely your human resources department) and urging them to end their relationship with Anthem.
