On Wednesday, May 20th, the Children's Behavioral Health Program of New Futures hosted a screening of the documentary Resilience and discussion panel. This powerful documentary discusses the effects of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and highlights strategies to help children and families gain resilience. A discussion panel of a survivor of childhood trauma and a mental health expert followed for a conversation on supporting youth and children and to answer audience questions.
