Tell your legislators to stand with their constituents in protecting in voter access by opposing Senate Bill 221

SB 221 is an anti-voter bill that:

  • Opens the floodgates to more baseless voter challenges, after precious resources in elections offices have been wasted on handling these challenges for years at a cost to our most vulnerable voters, including those who are lower-income and students.
  • Suppresses absentee voters, many of whom are disabled or elderly, by impulsively banning all absentee ballot drop boxes in the state. Governor Kemp himself voted using an absentee ballot drop box in 2020, because absentee drop boxes are safe, secure, and accessible option for voters to return their absentee ballots without having to rely on the postal service.
  • Puts voters at risk for their information being leaked publicly through an unfunded requirement that all documents related to an election be available for "electronic inspection" after an election.

Tell your Senator to Vote NO on SB 221!
