Welcome to Wyoming Outdoor Council's donor page for Citizens for Responsible Use of State Lands, aka CRUSL.
CRUSL was formed to accomplish the following goals:
Protect the rights of local Wyoming communities to determine the appropriate use of State lands within their boundaries;
Guarantee that any use of State Trust Lands comply with duly-enacted local land use regulations, rules, and zoning;
Ensure that the use of State lands does not endanger or threaten the health, safety, property values, and general welfare of Wyoming citizens, visitors, workers, and landowners;
Support Wyoming school funding while safeguarding Wyoming's wildlife and agricultural and outdoor recreational heritage; and
Conserve open space on the 640 acre “Teton Village State Land Parcel” while preserving the value of these lands for the benefit of current and future generations of Wyoming school children, residents, and visitors.
