The 2022 Hunger and Health Summit: Reimagined Resiliency, will be held on April 24-26th, 2022 at the Chula Vista Resort in the Wisconsin Dells.
These past two years have presented our neighbors and communities with enormous challenges. Yet, we have been resourceful and innovative in working to end hunger, improve health, and strengthen our communities. As we move forward, faced with a new norm, we will remain responsive and resilient as we work toward a healthy and hunger-free Wisconsin.
In hosting the 2022 Hunger and Health Summit, we are excited for the opportunity to bring together stakeholders - hunger fighters, nutrition advocates, service providers, health promoters, food and farming advocates, community builders, legislators, producers, and food industry - to share best practice, develop collaborative initiatives, and support one another as we consider our ending hunger and health improving role in this season of reimagined resiliency.
We understand that the COVID-19 situation is fluid. Please submit a proposal with the intention of presenting in-person and we will adjust as the public health situation requires.
FORMAT
The summit will follow five tracks to support a wide range of Hunger & Health themes. The 6th Summit will explore diverse ways to move forward together in our work to end hunger and improve health, with a focus on the strength of partnerships, equity and access. Sessions will be 75 or 90 minutes in length and can be delivered in the format of your choice: panel, lecture, interactive workshop, or any format that you are expert in facilitating.
