The Transition Management Guides, created by the SLSV Coalition's Transition Management Working Group, are a series of tools to support members of the Student Vote movement who are going through personnel transitions, whether you are leaving a role or coming into a new one. With the significant number of transitions in and out of civic engagement roles on campuses and in organizations, especially during these past few years, we've seen a need to maintain continuity and historical knowledge on campuses and within organizations and to continue the momentum of our movement. 

This resource collection includes template letters and transition memos to fill out if you are leaving your position, and guides to navigating a new position, all full of recommended resources and advice by and for civic engagement leaders.
