More than half of states across the country are now likely to ban or restrict abortion, preventing millions of people from accessing critical health care.
In Massachusetts, abortion will remain legal. But barriers to care—including exorbitant costs, complicated insurance coverage, and provider access deserts—still exist, especially for low-income communities, communities of color, and immigrant communities.
