Mission Statement:
The Latino Network Action Fund (LNAF) aims to build political power and create systemic equitable change that centers the needs and aspirations of Oregon's Latinx community.

What We Do:
LNAF provides a platform for Latinx leaders to engage in the democratic process through the following pillars:

• Policy Advocacy: We work to create policy solutions rooted in the needs, concerns, and lived experiences of the Latinx community.
• Civic Education: We dismantle barriers in the democratic process and teach our people how to work within systems not made for us.
• Leadership Development: We make space for growth, learning, and opportunities while recognizing that leadership looks different for everyone.
• Political Engagement: We offer language and culturally specific ways for the Latinx community to become involved and make decisions on matters that affect our community.
• Electoral Work: We support values-aligned candidates, especially Black/Afro-Latinx, Indigenous Latinx, and other BIPOC candidates, during their candidacy.

Latino Network (501(c)(3)) and Latino Network Action Fund (501(c)(4)) are affiliated organizations with distinct corporate identities, working together to promote social and economic justice for the Latinx community in Oregon.
