Demand Mitch McConnell Run a Fair & Impartial Impeachment Trial

As the Senate begins President Trump's impeachment trial, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has already prejudged the outcome, indicating an acquittal and calling into question the integrity of the process.

Senator McConnell previously told Fox News that "there will be no difference between the president's position and our position as to how to handle this," indicating he's coordinating the Senate trial with the White House.

Imagine a member of a jury coordinating with the defense, denying witness testimony, and announcing their verdict before the trial even began. That is exactly what Mitch McConnell is doing on impeachment. 

Senator McConnell is violating his oath of office, as well as the oath senators take at the beginning of an impeachment trial pledging impartiality. Without witnesses and a full investigation, this is nothing more than a Republican cover-up.
