We applaud the U.S. Senate for joining the House of Representatives in unanimously passing the Congressional Accountability Reform Act this year. This is a monumental step in the right direction and represents real progress toward creating lasting change out of the #MeToo movement. But this is only the beginning: now that Congress has made progress on cleaning up its own house, we need federal lawmakers to turn to addressing the issue across American workplaces.
Ask your elected officials to #PledgePurple and make sure that #MeToo remains a priority in Congress.
