Let's use this opportunity to honor and celebrate our language and connect with our homeland by learning Macedonian.
In partnership with the Macedonian language E-Learning Center, UMD offers online Macedonian language classes for beginner, intermediate, and advanced students of all ages.
Taught by English-speaking professors with years of experience in online teaching of Macedonian, classes are offered via Zoom twice a week for eight weeks per session. Classes are of different duration based on student age:
• ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (30 minutes)
• MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL (45 minutes)
• ADULTS (60 minutes)
The sessions occur at times convenient to students in North America, Europe, and Australia. Please click here to view the session time slots based on geographical location for the Adult classes.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that classes will be cancelled if there are not enough enrolled students. If you have already paid for a class that is being cancelled due to low enrollment, you can choose to apply your payment to a future session, upgrade to one-on-one tutoring, or get a refund.
