Weed Warrior Report Form for Independent Invasive Removal Work

If you are a certified Weed Warrior who has conducted independent invasive removal work in Rock Creek Conservancy's mini-oases, please complete this form. If you have conducted work outside of the Conservancy's mini-oases but within Rock Creek Park, use the NPS form here.

Weed Warriors must submit this form at least monthly to report their independent invasive removal work. This process is important for gauging our progress throughout the year and determining where we need to dedicate more volunteer efforts to invasive removal - and helps us thank you appropriately!

Note: You do not need to submit this form for work completed during a public event. The event leader submits a report for that event separately.
