Action Alert: Tell Congress to Oppose Attacks on Trans Youth!

This week, Congress will be hearing HR 734– a bill to ban transgender youth from participating in sports. This bill is a clear attempt to put politics over the well-being of transgender youth.

HR 734 would force an already vulnerable group of young people in Georgia onto the sidelines. For transgender youth, many of whom experience high rates of depression and suicidality, access to sports can be lifesaving. Sports teach invaluable, lifelong lessons about teamwork, discipline and hard work, and every young person deserves equal access and opportunity. We can stop this bill if we all come together.
