Graphic saying no to the Slate of Hate anti-LGBTQ+ bills
Stop politicians from interfering in private healthcare decisions

Say NO to SB 99

Senator John Fuller (R) SD4 is working hard to advance a slate of hate against LGBTQ+ Montanans with SB 99.

Two medical care bans proposed by Fuller during the 2021 Legislative Session were rejected by Montanans, and SB 99 is even more extreme. Transgender and nonbinary youth are specifically targeted in this bill using misinformation from well-funded national anti-LGBTQ+ groups – not medical professionals who have been researching and providing gender-affirming care for years. Click here for a list of statements from medical professional organizations in support of gender-affirming care. You can also read MHRN's Transgender Healthcare Guide to get accurate information about transgender healthcare.

The evidence is clear. SB 99 is wrong for Montana.

We're asking you to urge your senator to vote no on SB 99. SB 99 allows politicians to interfere with people's private medical decisions and discriminates against youth and their families.
