Thank you for your interest in the Leadership Greater Washington's Rising Leaders program. This program provides individuals with the tools necessary to succeed as leaders and managers. By using engaging activities and discussion, the program delivers professional development and growth to those early in their careers or management positions. This highly-rated program is led by expert facilitators from Careerstone Group, LLC—a full-service organizational and leadership development firm with robust experience in delivering award-winning early career professional development programs.

The cohort will meet at the Marymount University - Ballston Center from 12:00pm-5:00pm, with a happy hour to follow after each session from 5:00-6:00pm, on the following Thursdays:
