Pittsburgh chapter of Pennsylvania United is a nonpartisan grassroots organization that focuses on issues vital to residents of Allegheny County: healthcare, clean air and water, living wages, racial justice, education, and fair government. The Pittsburgh chapter of Pennsylvania United believes we should all have a voice - not just the powerful few.
Being a member means you have a stake in our organization: a sense of shared ownership and responsibility for our future. Building independent political power means being an organization that is proudly self-funded by our members, not driven by outside interests. This gives us the freedom to choose the issues that are most important to our communities. Together with our members, we've achieved significant victories, including helping elect local leaders who represent working families. Our work continues as we build lasting power for positive change in our region!
