Citizen Action members in Wisconsin's Driftless region have learned that upgrading all homes to be energy efficient is the biggest single thing we can do to fight the coming climate crisis at home, while also creating high skilled jobs, right here and now.

We have been taking the fight to utilities and banks, urging them to help people afford to upgrade now - where it immediately saves through lower utility bills that it splits with the residents - and we have won an agreement with a major financial institution that we believe will help over 500,000 Wisconsin households immediately save. We know this is not everyone, and we will keep fighting until everyone can sign up. But in the meantime, let us know if you are one of the groups that we believe can add upgrades like solar panels, smart heating systems, energy efficient windows & appliances, insulation and more with high-quality skilled contractors and split the savings with the financial instutition.
