Together, we can empower WOMEN on their way to mental health wellness.
Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) is excited to celebrate women's personal and professional achievements in mental health during Women's History Month.
We also take this opportunity to reflect on the disparities and unique mental health needs women experience, like higher adolescent depression rates, postpartum depression, and caregiver stressors. Additionally, women from historically marginalized communities are less likely to receive mental health treatment due to access to culturally competent providers, stigma, and issues with insurance or cost.
You can ensure all women who seek support from DBSA receive help when and how they need it. Your support provides resources across the lifespan for women with mood disorders, culturally specific support groups, and educational materials for mothers and caregivers.
Thank you for supporting our life-changing work. DBSA is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, and your gift is tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
